Up‑cycled saris and kala‑cotton twills become the base; natural indigo, turmeric, and pomegranate dyes add colour; running stitches, tie‑dye rings, and tiny silver ghungroos bring texture. Jackets and trousers are cut in small batches, so each piece moves at the maker’s pace, not a factory clock.
