Do I need a passcode or full registration to view products?
Yes, you’ll need a passcode to access our product catalog. If you don’t have one, you can request it here. Once you have the passcode, you’ll be able to explore our curated collections—browsable by craft, category, season, and more. You’ll also get access to downloadable lookbooks and detailed product insights.
Curations & Bulk Enquiries
Can I create my own product curation on Qala?
Yes. Browse the catalog, click Add to Wishlist on items you like, or simply click on the ♡ on any item, name your Wishlist, then save.
How do I share my Wishlist?
Each saved Wishlist has a Enquire for Bulk button—enter recipient's e-mail to share it with colleagues or clients (you may share your passcode with them).
How do I place a bulk order?
Inside your Wishlist page, hit Enquire for Bulk, fill in your requirements in detail, and submit. Our team will contact you within 24–48 hours to finalize via email.
Ordering: MOQ & MOV
Is there a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
No—there’s no strict MOQ.
What is the Minimum Order Value (MOV)?
The MOV structure is designed to offer flexibility, allowing you to try a variety of styles in smaller quantities. This makes it easier to test what works for your store while still enjoying discount benefits.Our MOV slabs are set at $500, $1000, $1500, and $2000.
Pricing & Payments
What pricing terms appear on product pages?
- Sample Price: Cost for a single sample unit.
- EXW (Ex Works): Factory price in India (you handle shipping, customs, duties).
- DDP (Delivery Duty Paid): All-inclusive door-to-door price (shipping, duties, QC included).
- RRP (Recommended Retail Price): Suggested end-consumer price.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Bank Transfers, PayPal, and major Credit Cards.
What are your payment terms?
New clients pay 100% upfront. Returning clients may qualify for net-30 terms. Standard schedule is 50% at order placement, 50% before dispatch.
Customizations
Can I request customization on my orders?
Yes—up to 40% of a style can be tailored (size, fabric, embroidery, artisan techniques). Submit your request while placing bulk enquiry or via the platform after login or by emailing our team directly.
Shipping & Customs
What shipping options are available?
- EXW: You arrange and pay for shipping and customs from our warehouse.
- DDP: We handle all shipping, duties, and DHL doorstep delivery—costs included in the DDP price. Delivery typically takes 7–10 business days from dispatch.
Order Tracking
Can I track my order status?
Yes. Once your order ships, we’ll email you DHL tracking details so you can monitor progress in real time.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return and exchange policy for wholesale orders?
As items are made-to-order, we only accept returns for manufacturing defects. In such cases, we provide free replacements or credit upon evaluation.
Additional Costs
Are there any additional costs such as import duties or taxes?
- Under EXW, you’re responsible for shipping, duties, and taxes.
- Under DDP, there are no hidden import or customs fees—everything is included.
