Return & Refunds Policy

At Qala Global, we primarily deal in business-to-business (B2B) transactions, which may involve bulk orders, custom production, or made-to-order products. Therefore, our return and refund policy is structured accordingly.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before the order is processed or production has begun. Once the order has been confirmed and processing or manufacturing has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

To request an order cancellation, customers must contact us immediately through our official support channels.

Returns

Due to the customized and bulk nature of B2B orders, returns are generally not accepted once the order has been shipped or delivered.

However, returns may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The product delivered is damaged during transit
  • The product received is defective
  • The product delivered is different from the confirmed order

Customers must notify Qala Global within 48 hours of delivery with proper supporting evidence such as photographs and order details.

Return Approval

All return requests are subject to review and approval by Qala Global. If the return request is approved, instructions for returning the product will be shared with the customer.

Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging wherever applicable.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, Qala Global will notify the customer regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method or through another mutually agreed payment method.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after order confirmation
  • Delays caused by logistics providers or customs authorities
  • Minor variations in product appearance due to manufacturing processes
